Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary parking is available for all registered attendees at Novotel Manila Araneta City. Additional parking information and directions will be provided in your pre-event communication.

What is included in my registration?

Your registration includes access to all sessions, keynotes, panel discussions, networking breaks, meals, exhibition area, welcome kit, certificate of attendance, and access to post-event materials and presentations.

Can I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, all registered attendees will receive a digital certificate of attendance after completing the summit. Physical certificates can be requested during registration for an additional fee.

Is WiFi available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout Novotel Manila Araneta City. Network credentials and connection details will be provided during registration check-in.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations between 15-29 days receive 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the event, but substitutions are welcome.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes, the summit features multiple networking opportunities including dedicated networking breaks, lunch sessions, welcome reception, and an exclusive evening dinner. All designed to facilitate meaningful business connections in the retail sector.

Will presentations be available after the event?

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to presentation materials, session recordings, and key takeaways within 48 hours after the summit concludes via our event portal.

Is the event suitable for e-commerce businesses?
