John Howard Medina
Mr. Medina, 52 years old, joined PBCom in April 2017. He has a proven executive management track record and over 25 years of experience driving innovation, change and transformation for financial services in different countries. Prior to joining PBCom, John was the Head of Global Operations, Technology and Credit for the Philippine National Bank, where he worked for almost fifteen years. He was also the Integration Director, who oversaw the merger of PNB with Allied Banking Corporation in 2013.
He was a pioneer in the process and technology management practice in the nineties when he helped transform the Asian operations of one of the largest multinational banks. He subsequently established a private consulting firm in the United States, helping design new business initiatives for financial institutions and dot com startups. Mr. Medina also worked at Union Bank of the Philippines for five years where he conceptualized and implemented digital banking products and services.

Manohar Chadalavada
Manohar Chadalavada, Global Head, AI, Ecosystems and Open Banking, has been at Standard Chartered for 16 years and worked across various functions. With his domain expertise in Digital Banking, Fintechs, Risk Management and Analytics, he is entrusted drive the application of AI (artificial intelligence) across multiple aspects of our unsecured digital lending and mass market Personal businesses including underwriting, onboarding and client service; identify new sources of data and tools; and industrialise the usage of AI in business processes.

Minh Ha Truong has been appointed BPC’s Regional Managing Director in June 2021 with the aim to fuel the group’s growth across Indochina, with responsibilities for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
